Prenatal Yoga on Birth Ball
Join Kimberly for 30 minute Yoga Class with postures using a birth ball (excercise ball).
This is a great class for overall stretching, strengthening and using the ball for support during pregnancy and for labor.
Be sure you get the correct ball size for your height (check ball manufacturer recommendations), and blow it up so your hips are just above the knees when sitting on the ball with feet flat and wide on the floor.
Props needed: Yoga Mat, Yoga blanket or bath/beach towel & Birth Ball (exercise ball)
