New Location!

1051 Long Ridge Rd.

Beginning November 1st, 
unless otherwise specified, all classes will be held at our new studio location. 

 

The new studio is located at 1051 Long Ridge Rd., Stamford (located within Dew Yoga)

We are located around the back side of the shopping center, along Webbs Hill Rd.

 

Look for the Dew Yoga signs and you will see our logo decal on the plate glass window :) 

There is ample parking in the upper lot near Wagon Wheel liquor.  

We are up the stairs along the side of the building. If you don’t want to take the stairs,

you can walk over by the entrance of the liquor store and curve around the building that way, avoiding stairs. 

Please leave strollers in the car for the studio location.
