What should I bring to class?

A yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, a yoga blanket or beach towel and a bottle of water.

When should I start attending classes?

You can attend class as soon as you know you are pregnant. We recommend checking with your doctor, but to not require a note.

How long can I attend classes?

You can come to class right up until you give birth.  This is recommended. Prenatal yoga is an excellent tool to help keep your body strong and comfortable.
