Part 1: Labor, Birth & the Golden Hour | 1:00–3:00 PM
Learn what’s happening in your body and with your baby so you can approach labor with clarity and confidence:

What to Bring:
• Comfortable clothing
• A yoga mat (one per person; a few extras available)
