Service Description
Set yourself and your baby up for feeding success, with our Breastfeeding workshop with Trisha Ludwig, Certified Nurse- Midwife and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. Topics will include: The first 2 hours after birth & initiating the first latch, colostrum feeding in the first 3 days, day 4 and when your milk comes in, breastfeeding in the first two weeks, feeding on demand vs. scheduling, how to know baby is getting enough, warning signs and what to watch for, back to work and more. There will be time to get all of your questions answered, and you will leave feeling informed and supported. $150 for session Birth partners welcome, and encouraged to attend.

Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend a weekly scheduled class, please cancel, or reschedule booking, and your class credit will go back onto your account. If class goes ona waitlist, you must cancel within 3 hours of class to receive credit. For series/special classes, please cancel at least 48 hours prior to the start of the class for full credit back to your account.
