Infant Sleep Foundations Workshop A 60-Minute Workshop for Tired Parents Ready for Rest Are you feeling overwhelmed by conflicting sleep advice? Wondering if your baby’s sleep is “normal”? Or simply craving a clear, gentle plan to help your little one (and you!) sleep better? Join Natalie from Sleepy on Hudson for a supportive, information-packed one-hour workshop designed for parents of babies newborn through 12 months. In this session, we’ll simplify sleep and give you the foundational tools you need to feel confident and calm. Inside the workshop, we’ll cover: The core sleep foundations every baby needs Age-appropriate wake windows and how to read sleepy cues Creating consistent, calming routines that actually work Realistic sleep expectations by age Understanding sleep cycles (and why night wakings happen) How to calm your baby without creating new sleep struggles Optimizing your baby’s sleep environment Gentle guidance for building independent sleep skills You’ll leave with clarity, practical strategies you can implement right away, and a deeper understanding of how your baby’s sleep works — so you can respond with confidence instead of confusion. We’ll end with an open Q+A, where you can bring your specific sleep challenges and get personalized support in a safe, judgment-free space. Sleep doesn’t have to feel chaotic. With the right foundations in place, your baby can sleep 11–12 hours at night — and you can too.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend a weekly scheduled class, please cancel, or reschedule booking, and your class credit will go back onto your account. If class goes ona waitlist, you must cancel within 3 hours of class to receive credit. For series/special classes, please cancel at least 48 hours prior to the start of the class for full credit back to your account.
