Service Description

MOVE, CONNECT & RECHARGE this summer with a weekly walking class created for anyone in the postpartum season, whether you're newly adjusting to life with a little one or navigating the years that follow. Join yoga instructor Kimberly Motill (Family Tree Yoga & Wellness) and pelvic health physical therapist Dr. Sheron Dsouza (Purple Physical Therapy & Wellness) for a whole-body experience that blends movement with mindful strength, all with baby (and stroller!) in tow. Each class includes: Warm-Up & Breathwork - Ground your body with posture resets, breathing techniques and mobility prep. Mid walk Strength Break - Mid walk, we’ll stop for a stroller/baby-friendly circuit featuring functional movements and focusing on strength that supports daily life. Core Cool Down - Wrap up with a pelvic floor informed core session and mindful recovery to leave you feeling stronger and more connected. Ask the Expert - Stick around after for a few minutes to ask Dr. Sheron your pelvic health questions. We will sit in the shade on blankets and babies can play, eat or sleep! This class is open to all fitness levels and all postpartum bodies. Feel good in your body. Find strength in community. Reconnect to your core. Bring: A stroller or carrier, yoga mat or towel a picnic type blanket for post class circle and water. Wednesdays 10:00 am Scalzi Park (weather permitting) $40 per class

If you cannot attend a weekly scheduled class, please cancel, or reschedule booking, and your class credit will go back onto your account. For series/special classes, please cancel at least 24 hours prior to the start of the class for credit back to your account.
