+++Please note this class will be photographed and video recorded.+++ Read disclaimer below For parent/care-giver & babies, ages 6 weeks -pre-crawling. A baby centered class, where you and baby will practice yoga together! Adults will restore and rejuvenate through stretching and strengthening poses. Babies will enjoy yoga poses to aid in digestion, sleep and brain and motor development. This class is a great opportunity to bond with your baby and to connect with new friends. Please bring a Yoga mat, a blanket for baby to lie on and anything else baby may need during class.   No yoga experience required. Pre-registration is required  We meet on multiple days at different locations. Please note the day & location you are registered for. +++Please note this class and the participants in attendance will be photographed and video recorded.+++ The photos will be used on our website, social media and other marketing materials. By registering for this class, you are in agreement that images of your likeness may be captured and used for the aforementioned purposes.
